Anna Silk was the first daughter of Peter Silk (an academic) and Ilkay Silk (a writer, actor director, producer, playwright as well as a teacher at St. Thomas University). Anna Silk was the daughter of a Briton as well as a Turkish Cypriot English ex-pat. She appeared in many commercials as a young child. Anna relocated to Toronto Ontario in order to pursue her acting. In the decade which followed, she moved into Los Angeles. Seth Cooperman met Anna at a Los Angeles actor's workshops in 2007 and the couple became engaged.
